The positions and opportunities available are from our global consulting and coaching company. As such, most of these positions are for independent international contractors, working 100% remotely. We never charge to place you or make a recommendation for a position. However, as contractors you may be required to purchase and maintain certain software, equipment, and supplies at your own expense.
Training requirements and those costs will be dependent upon your current level of experience, the career opportunity you apply for, and whether you possess the necessary training and certifications already.
For some openings. we will pay for your training or even offer discounts or credits for your expenses incurred. All positions are contractor positions paid on an hourly basis, or via a revenue share/commission model. Our highest level positions are opportunities to own your own business at a very low startup cost with no revenue share and you keep 100% of any fees you charge.
You will incur costs associated with opening your own business. You also may be required for certain opportunities to pay for subscriptions to software and training to be come certified and have continuing access to your tools.
This is an opportunity to be your own boss, therefore certain expenses related to being in business for yourself are to be expected.
Currently we are recruiting for all levels of experience and skillset. We do require executive management level experience of at least 5 years to apply for our higher level positions. We also have opportunities available to help you gain the experience and training needed.
The cost of our opportunities varies depending on the coach's or executive's experience, location, and the type of services they offer. Right now we offer a free initial consultation, so you can get to know the various opportunities and learn more about our client's services before you commit to working with them. In most instances there is minimal startup costs. In some instances, our partner brand pays for all of your training and software and hires you direct for an hourly position on a revenue share/commission basis.
